Cranbrook Cakes

Marissa Café worked along side some very talented chefs in Victoria BC and proceeded to study at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver in 2015. After Graduation she move to Cranbrook BC and began baking wedding cakes in 2016, she has since moved to Edmonton with her family.

Why buttercream?

Swiss meringe buttercream is a silky smooth not overly sweet icing made with butter, sugar and eggs.  Whipped into a glossy and smooth texture its light, decedent and holds up well for events inside and out.
